OnBoarding - HR Specialist

Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for an entry level onboarding specialist who can deliver at a corporate level while streaming efficient onboarding services for our clients

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, data entry, frequent recruiting and general human resources

Qualifications:
Responsibilities:

Onboarding Specialist and Administrative Duties:

Facilitate the New Hire Orientation for new employees to the company

Assist candidates with employment applications and other pre-employment paperwork

Prepare HR documents, like employee offer letters and new hire guides

Assist employees with enrollment in company benefits and direct deposit

Assist with accurate maintenance of employee timekeeping and schedules

Manage employee information in ADP payroll software and WinTeam personnel scheduling software

Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Recruiting Duties:

• Ability to build strong relationships with recruiting colleagues, consultants, and candidates with a positive and open attitude

• Attract, assess and hire the best possible talent through ICIMS when needed to assist the team

Participate in HR projects - e.g. help organize job fair events and travel to site locations when needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of two years in an HR Assistant and/or Onboarding position

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Ability to pass a crminial background check and drug screen
