Overview:

Clinical Intake Director

Pay: $75,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Full-Time Day

Location: 3072 Early St NW., Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30305

Are you ready to create joy and heal generations? is seeking a Clinical Intake Director who shares our mission to reduce anxiety, depression, and suicide ideation in adolescents and young adults. Join our team of compassionate professionals dedicated to creating joy and healing generations at our OP, IOP, and PHP clinic in Atlanta, Georgia.

As the Clinical Intake Director, you'll guide families and providers through the admissions process with empathy and expertise. You'll build strong relationships, manage admissions, and collaborate with our clinical team to meet client needs. Additionally, you will lead group, individual, and family therapy sessions while handling a small clinical caseload. This role allows you to make a direct impact by supporting families as they embark on their journey toward recovery.

Responsibilities:
Embody Embark's values while warmly guiding admissions into becoming clients, making sure they get the care they need with a seamless, supportive experience.

Meet treatment expectations by adhering to required documentation and MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standards.

Schedule intake assessments within 24 hours and complete all admissions within 72 hours, after receiving a warm handoff from the admissions support team.

Ensure 100% of clinical documentation is completed within 24 hours of each session.

Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent license in the state of Georgia. Must be fully licensed.

Passion for facilitating client growth through a collaborative, team-based approach with other care providers.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
