What you'll do as an IT Support Specialist

Perform PC imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, repairs and replacement.

Coordinate with ANSCO's IT Team on purchasing PC equipment.

Answer & process end-user trouble calls.

Track, update and resolve tickets in the Atlas Ticketing system.

Initiate tickets with the appropriate agents/vendors for any break/fix issue that may occur at the locations.

Provide assistance on Infrastructure projects as needed.

Conduct tests on all PCs and printers to verify connectivity to the network.

Resolve IT related questions or issues at the location or escalate as appropriate.

Maintains an attitude which consistently represents the organizational culture

Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the IT Director/Manager.

What you'll need

To be 18 years of age or older

Have a solid knowledge of PC setup/troubleshooting and general IT knowledge

Able to work independently and possess/demonstrate good judgment in stressful situations.

Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiar with PC equipment physical installations, i.e. PCs, printers and other computer hardware.

Individual must be able to work with Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Docs to complete basic tasks.

Good communication and customer services skills in order to work with services providers, vendors and ANSCO employees.

Possess a high degree of understanding and knowledge of personal computers, data networking and telecommunications.
