Project Manager Washington DC Metro Area Preferred - Hybrid (onsite 1-2 times per week) Marathon TS is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team within a Program Executive Office (PEO) supporting the Department of the Navy / USMC. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing project management support. Candidates considered for this role must have an Active DoD Secret clearance. Key Responsibilities: Provide project management support to the DEVSECOPS Center of Excellence, ensuring effective coordination and execution of projects within the PEO. Utilize expertise in collaboration tools (such as MS Teams, ServiceNow). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions for optimization. Apply three (3) years of demonstrative experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis to contribute to the success of the DEVSECOPS initiatives. Preferred: Demonstrate significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business or a Technical Field. Three (3) years of demonstrative experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis. Experience working with the DoD, preferably in a Program Management Office (PMO) Experience with collaboration tools. Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations. Key Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. Ability to contribute effectively to the success of DEVSECOPS initiatives.
