Title Labor Relations Specialist Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time Description RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber), is seeking a Labor Relations Specialist. Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to: Provide negotiation and litigation support. Provide contract administration support for the Collective Bargaining Agreement Provide advice and guidance on the Federal sector arbitration process, including advising the Agency on any grievance or at an arbitration hearing. Provide advice and guidance on any Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) Provide advice and guidance for ongoing mid-term contract bargaining. Provide advice and guidance negotiating an AFGE Term Agreement.Qualifications for this position shall include: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 8-10 years' experience and provides advice and assistance in the areas of complex conduct and discipline issues.Preferred Qualifications shall include: Experience serving as a negotiator and agency representative before the FLRA, FSIP, and an arbitrator.
