Rehoboth Beach Country Club is hiring a morning Concierge!

Position: AM Concierge

Classification: Full-time, non-exempt

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8AM-4:30PM

Salary range: $20-22 per hour

Location: Rehoboth Beach Country Club, 221 West Side Drive Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971

Responsibilities:

The morning Concierge is responsible for facilitating communication and organization between the Executive Leadership, Board of Governors and all committees. Duties include coordinating all Board and Committee meetings, maintaining a master schedule of all Member and Staff meetings and meeting rooms, and directing both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and letters.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of the local area, attractions, and services.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive in emergency situations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
