Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Duties:

  • Assist the Controller in overseeing all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
