Job description

Position Description Head of the CLR Security & Systems Integrity Branch will utilize heavy analysis, project management, and effective leadership to work collaboratively with China Lake Ranges (CLR) staff. Provide overall direction, coordination, and management of the branch as well as general supervisory administrative tasks. Ensure that personnel tasking is monitored/prioritized and workload balanced to support SSIB requirements across CLR. Track status, document results and provide regular reports to the RSD/CLR Department. Ability to work effectively with NAWC management, officials from other activities, and customers. Ability to communicate orally and in writing is essential for leadership, customer, team interactions, and briefings. Responsible for effecting and implementing EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) policies and goals. Responsible for leading various projects, strategic planning, and process improvement efforts in the branch and Range Support Division.
