Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Wausau, WI office to maximize sales, profitability, and product quality, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Thrive in a high-performance environment with aggressive growth goals, driving lead conversion and generating referral business.
  • Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team, addressing performance issues and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Engage in hands-on business development and lead generation activities to supplement market growth.
  • Recruit and oversee installation subcontractors to ensure quality and timely project completion.
  • Maintain operational efficiency by managing personnel and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Highly motivated with a minimum of five years of systematic sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in sales management, with a minimum of two years of experience.
  • Knowledge of home remodeling or construction preferred, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and follow through with structured action.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
