A client I am representing, a premier multifamily developer, is actively seeking a construction project manager to run high level builds. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic firm that truly emphasizes work life balance and family life outside of work.

Client Details

My client is a multifamily developer, with an in house construction arm. Their projects include apartments, luxury living, and mixed use builds.

They currently have an extremely well funded construction arm that has exceptional relationships with local subcontractors.

Description

  • Project Planning: Develop and oversee project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, manage cost overruns, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project.
  • Quality Control: Supervise construction activities to maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and communications.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Profile

  • Experience with ground up multifamily builds
  • 5+ years in the construction industry
  • Experience with estimating projects
  • Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines
  • Team-player mindset
