Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading the interviewing, selection, and onboarding process for new clinical employees.
  • Providing ongoing education, training, and mentorship for both new hires and established staff.
  • Facilitating 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins with new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Conducting regular rounding with long-term employees to maintain engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Overseeing employee health records, organizing educational programs, and coordinating campus and nursing department orientations.

This role is instrumental in creating a supportive, growth-oriented environment for all employees.

Job Requirements

  • Associate s Degree or its equivalent, majoring in Nursing
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an RN
  • Currently certified in CPR
  • Long term care experience preferred
