The technical analyst position is to ensure compliance with all internal and external data standards and to promote quality improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and communicate best practices to identify quality processes throughout the organization
  • Develop and produce dashboard reports
  • Conduct data evaluation to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery
  • Assist with research and analysis of configuration, asset and application data
  • Assist with investigating customer issues and contribute to recommendations for action as needed
  • Experience analyzing data, compiling reports, and communicating feedback
  • Report writing experience to evaluate and assess programs
Qualifications
  • Excellent decision-making skills and complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate level of computer competency, including Excel.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities and the ability to be flexible with changing needs of the agency
  • Ability to adapt to and manage change
  • Service Management (ITIL)
  • Experience in ServiceNow preferred
Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$68,320.00

Pay Range - End:

$126,880.00
Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment. At Northwestern Mutual, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Positions in certain locations (such as California) may provide an increase on the standard pay structure based on the location.
