Job description

Client is looking for a Document Specialist - Accessibility Specialist.

3+ years of experience in the following:

- Collaborate closely with marketing/communications teams to ensure that all digital content-including websites, emails, and social media-meets the WCAG 2/1 AA standards of accessibility and inclusivity.

- Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits of digital marketing assets, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and digital ads, to ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA,

- Collaborate with communications teams to review and enhance the accessibility of upcoming and ongoing marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations to improve user experience for individuals with disabilities.

- Maintain accessibility guidelines and best practices tailored to digital marketing needs, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials

- Create accessible content within a Content Management System to make updates to websites, social media and other marketing campaigns (experience of Titan CMS preferred).

- Generate and present regular reports on accessibility findings, improvements, and compliance status to internal teams.

Schedule

-Part time, 20 hours per week.

-Flexible schedule due to part-time hours and nature of the work.

-Onsite or Remote? Candidate MUST be a current WI resident. No relocation allowed. 100% remote work within the State of Wisconsin but must be on-site day one to pick up equipment.
