Job description
Medical Provider
Provide comprehensive primary care services for Access patients in a collaborative effort with all care team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Medical Doctor OR Licensed Wisconsin Doctor of Osteopathic
- Board certified (or board eligible) in Family Practice with or without Obstetrics OR b oard certified (or board eligible) in Pediatrics
- Insurable for liability coverage as a physician
- Evidence of continuing education, as required
- Experience with supervising, motivating, and directing medical staff
- Pediatrics: Completion of Pediatrics residency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with mid-level providers
- Experience working with diverse patient population or working within a community health center
- Fluency in English and Spanish
