Description:

Looking for a Project Coordinator to sit onsite 2-3 days a week and assist with various capital projects currently in flight

- Administrative work that is technical in nature - follow procedures necessary to get PO's created, put proposal documents together, track down PO's through the system to vendors - most is materials purchasing.

- Experience in progress reporting and spend tracking.

- When they get an invoice, they will need to verify it is correct then track spend against project budgets.

- SAP is the ERP at the root, from above that there is a more detailed level of budgeting work all done in excel.

- SAP is required for this backfill role. The person they are backfilling had the experience and it helped them realize how critical it is.

Experience with operational technologies. Need someone who comes from a manufacturing or quality background .
