Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management.
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities, including T4 preparation and submission.
  • Stay current with changes in Canadian payroll legislation and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Canadian Payroll Administrator.
  • 2-3 years of knowledge of Canadian payroll laws and regulations.
  • Certification in Canadian Payroll Compliance (PCP) is an asset.

Salary: $50,000-$58,000
