Job description

Operations Research / Systems Analysis - IT Integration Support This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. The Operations Research / Systems Analysis (ORSA) - IT Integration Support role involves providing integration support for process and codebase analysis, assessing the feasibility and viability of integrating external capabilities into Army General Officer (AGO) and Department of Defense (DoD) systems. The contractor will develop onboarding processes and provide feedback to ensure that dependencies and requirements are met during the integration process. Additionally, the contractor will recommend ways to standardize and mature AGO and DoD capabilities to efficiently integrate software, code, and data. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Operations Research / Systems Analysis - IT Integration Support: $160,000-170,000 Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Operations Research / Systems Analysis - IT Integration Support Responsibilities Include: Provide integration support through process and codebase analysis to assess feasibility of external capability integration. Develop and implement onboarding processes for external capabilities and ensure compliance with dependencies and requirements. Offer feedback to supported entities to ensure successful integration and alignment with AGO and DoD standards. Make recommendations to standardize and mature AGO and DoD integration capabilities, including software, code, and data. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient integration of external and internal systems. Deliver technical documentation and analysis reports on integration processes and improvements. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Operations Research / Systems Analysis - IT Integration Support Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Minimum of 5 years of experience within the last 10 years analyzing intelligence and/or systems and technical data. Expertise in documenting, leveraging modernized architectures (e.g., containers, virtualization), and assessing 3rd party, DoD, service, and IC partner capabilities in a developer context. Preferred minimum of a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. Current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance and SCI eligibility. Experience with integration of IT systems within DoD or intelligence community environments. Familiarity with modern technical architectures and software development processes.
