Join our team as a part-time Nurse Practitioner Residency Program Coordinator and play a vital role in the development and coordination of our Nurse Practitioner residency training program. As the Program Coordinator, you will work closely with executive leadership, directors, managers, and medical staff to provide direction, support, and planning for the program.

What You'll Do:

Partner with recruitment leadership and program management to create overall sourcing strategies and tactics for filling new positions.
Manage the program manuals, policies, rules, standards, and operating procedures to ensure alignment with the clinic and the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Manage the strategy, scheduling, content, execution, and delivery of training for the residency program.
Evaluate training methods and initiatives by measuring outcomes and determining their effectiveness. Provides recommendations for program improvement. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the residency program and the benefits to the organization.
Act as a liaison with other organizations and internal departments regarding resident recruitment, orientation, annual program affiliation agreements, and external rotations.
Plan annual events, including orientation, graduation, and faculty meetings. Coordinate various meetings and program-related activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; OR
Associate's Degree with two additional years of relevant experience OR
High School Diploma with four additional years of relevant experience.
Experience:
Two years of experience in health-related fields, program coordination, or human resources is required
Two years as support personnel for a residency coordinator, preferably in a healthcare environment, is preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Effective communication skills
Ability to develop relationships and establish credibility at all levels
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
