Our new Yakima office is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dynamic Aesthetic Nurse Injector committed to delivering exceptional patient care. New U Women's Clinic & Aesthetics offers a unique experience for women, focusing on the entire patient, including weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, skin rejuvenation, body sculpting, IV therapy, Dermal Fillers, Neurotoxins, PDO Threading, Microneedling with Radiofrequency, and aging skin. Key Responsibilities:
Develop long-term treatment plans and protocols for aesthetic patients.
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, analyzing concerns, and educating on treatment options.
Serve as an ambassador for the practice through outreach efforts to local businesses and prospective patients.
Implement brand-driven customer service and injector training to provide a unique client experience.
Deliver cosmetic injectable treatments following established guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director.
Utilize resources provided by New U Women's Clinic & Aesthetics to enhance the adoption of the branded experience.
Educate clients on the clinic's offerings and cross-sell procedures and products to enhance results.
Collaborate with management, ownership, injectors, and support team to ensure synergy.
Maintain compliance with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies.
Utilize patient EMR, client engagement software, and other equipment effectively.
Ensure detailed charting and documentation of patient files.

Requirements:
Nurse Injector experience is required.
Completion of New U Women's Clinic & Aesthetics training course on injectables and customer service.
Proficiency in delivering best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Compliance with all required protocols and policies.
Experience with patient EMR and client engagement software preferred.

Pay: Up to $170,000.00 per year
