Job description

Seeking a BE/BC Advanced Gastroenterologist to join talented team.

• We have nine intellectually curious and well-trained physicians (five general GI, two therapeutic GI, one hepatologist, one motility specialist) and six advanced practice providers working together as a team within our organization.
• First-year pay range: $544,000 to $586,000.
• Full-time position.
• Call is 1:8 when fully staffed.
• Approximately 80% procedures and 20% clinic visits, with procedures per day (procedures will increase over time).
• Procedures include EUS, ERCP, EMR/ESD, cystogastrostomy and POEM.
• Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions).
• Epic electronic medical record.

• Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate s qualifications.
• Time off: up to 6 weeks of time off (for full time, four-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)
