Job Description:

As a Mobile Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and high-quality repair and maintenance services to our clients. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of equipment issues, ensuring their safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Service: Travel to clients' locations, including farms, forestry sites, and construction zones, to provide on-the-spot equipment repairs and maintenance.

Diagnosis: Inspect equipment and use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues.

Repair and Maintenance: Perform a variety of tasks, including engine and transmission repairs, hydraulic system maintenance, oil changes, tire replacements, and more.

Adherence to Safety: Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations, promoting the safety of both customers and team members.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair issues, offering solutions, and obtaining necessary approvals before proceeding with work.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including parts used, labor hours, and costs, for billing and reference purposes.

Parts Management: Efficiently manage and order necessary parts and materials to complete repairs.

Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues for prompt resolution.

Continual Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest equipment technologies and trends through training and workshops.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an equipment technician or mechanic.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural, forestry, and construction machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification or degree in a related field.
• Previous experience as a mobile mechanic.
• Specialized training in hydraulics or diesel engines.
• Multilingual skills to cater to a diverse customer base.
