Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Clinic

Role Overview:
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized, hands-on care to enhance each patient's mobility, recovery, and overall well-being. The clinic prioritizes a patient-first approach, ensuring no double bookings for therapists. This allows you to dedicate quality time and attention to each individual patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs and goals
• Use therapeutic exercises, stretching, and manual therapy techniques to improve patient function and recovery
• Perform patient evaluations and re-assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
• Operate specialized therapy equipment to assist with patient rehabilitation and progress
• Educate patients on post-treatment care, injury prevention, and overall wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in Washington State
• Experience in manual therapy and orthopedic conditions (preferred)
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment
