Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager provides program oversight to ensure adherence to The Emily Program clinical philosophy and programming model, and professional standards. Demonstrates advanced clinical knowledge and skill. Provides clinical and administrative leadership, supervision, and training to, PHP and IOP staff. Functions as a member of the site leadership team.

Compensation Range:

Clinical Manager - (Must be Independently Licensed): $78,300 - $125,500

_Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position._

Sign on Bonus: $3,000

Schedule:
Full Time 0.75 FTE (30hrs/wk) combined position 0.5 FTE Clinical Manager & 0.25 FTE Outpatient Therapist, with the option to increase to a 0.5 FTE Outpatient Therapist if you are looking for a full 1.0 FTE (40hrs/wk).
Schedule is developed in collaboration with Site Director working within the site operating times of 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays.

How Clinical Manager's Empower Recovery:
Ensures the delivery of high-quality clinical services to clients and their families/communities of support
Provides administrative and clinical supervision and conducts performance discussions and evaluations of direct reports
Plays a critical role in the implementation of and adherence to all elements of Accanto Clinical Philosophy
Ensures compliance to program policies and procedures, external regulatory standards, and payer requirements
Oversees census, case assignment, group assignments, and programming schedule
Collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure their optimal functioning and that program and client goals are being met
Maintains clinical productivity in alignment with the Organization and Program expectations
Carries a clinical caseload comprised of individual, family, and/or group therapy clients
Coordinates and provides group, individual, and family therapy coverage as needed
Assists the Site Director with clinical and operational management and support of the site including but not limited to program implementation, staff training, accrediting body site visits, and systems development. May provide coverage for the clinical director or executive director in their absence
Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Master's degree in mental health related field required
Current independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) in Washington state or ability to obtain
Specialty in eating disorders treatment strongly preferred
Related supervisory/management experience strongly preferred
Current basic life support certification required (American Heart Association) within 14 days from date of hire.
Washington State Food and Beverage Service Worker's Permit obtained within 30 days of employment.

Generous PTO plans: Paid Time off (PTO) is provided to all regular full time and part time regular employees up to 152 hours/19 days within the first year of employment. PTO is accrued throughout the year and can be used for vacation, personal and sick time and accrues based on compensated hours.
Holidays: Employees not working at a residential or inpatient facility are eligible for 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday
Non-exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility will receive premium pay at a rate of double time if they are scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
Employees hired on or after February 20, 2022, will receive premium pay at a rate of time and-a-half if scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
Exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility who are scheduled to work on a holiday may take the holiday on a different day during the same pay period. Additionally, non-exempt employees are eligible or various shift and weekend differentials.
