Ag Loan Officer Job Description:

We are actively seeking an experienced Ag Loan Officer to assume responsibility for an existing loan portfolio and spearhead its expansion. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who thrives on making contacts, prospecting, and engaging in customer calls. While community involvement is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow an existing loan portfolio
  • Conduct proactive outreach, prospecting, and customer calls
  • Work closely with loan documentation, credit analysis, and new accounts
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance the organization's presence in Eastern and Central Nebraska

Qualifications of a Ag Loan Officer:


  • Demonstrated experience in Ag lending
  • Strong background in finance
  • Proven ability to manage loan documentation, credit analysis, and new accounts
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to relationship building
  • Involvement in the community is highly desirable
