Aristocrat is currently seeking a Technical Product Delivery Manager to join the Digital Asset and Workflow Team within Aristocrat Labs. The right candidate will have in-depth experience supporting Atlassian or other SaaS applications as either a Product or Delivery manager. The candidate will have experience thriving and working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. This role will partner with and support subject matter experts and stakeholders within Aristocrat Labs, and IT globally.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of subject matter experts to support and deliver on key initiatives for our product roadmaps.
  • Work as part of a team to support the standardization of key services and/or applications for our internal users and internal partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to own the development and delivery of key product plans for the ideal end state of key products.
  • Partner with other leadership teams to execute on key milestones and deliverables as part of the overall product roadmap.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in Technical Product Management or as a technical delivery manager role supporting SaaS applications or collaboration-focused tooling.
  • The ideal candidate has led an agile team to deliver both product deliverables and user requests.
  • The successful candidate will have an understanding of software development and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience deploying and supporting applications and services to end-users.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills.
  • Experience working on or defining product strategy. This includes setting the vision for the product and developing a plan, identifying and rolling out new features as well as how the product will achieve its goals from requirements to delivery.
  • A critical thinker who is ok with failing fast and pushing forward for the best solution as well as what's best for their users.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Deep understanding of Atlassian Stack from a Product as well as support and delivery standpoint.
  • Previous experience supporting applications from a supporting or support role.
  • Prior experience working on projects or programs to consolidate, and standardize applications stacks.
  • Experience measuring the success of a product showing ROI to the business.
  • Previous experience managing SMEs for the Atlassian stack & Slack.

Travel Expectations None

Pay Range $107,800 - $200,200 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
