WORK SCHEDULE
3x12 shift schedule
Night shifts (7:00pm-7:30am)
Rotating weekend shifts required
ABOUT OUR EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
We are a 22-bed Level IV Trauma Center
We consistently hold 1:4 nurse to patient ratios
We provide specialized treatment for cardiac, trauma, and stroke patients
We have been recognized for providing one of the fastest times to treatment for cardiac patients in the Seattle region
Many of our RNs are Daisy Award Winners
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess and triage patients upon arrival
Stabilize patients with life-threatening injuries and illnesses
Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and other vital signs
Administer medications and fluids
Respond quickly when emergent issues arise
Work alongside emergency department physicians, cardiac care professionals, social workers, and paramedics
Provide personalized patient care with compassion and dignity
REQUIREMENTS
1 year of recent RN work experience in an Emergency Department
ACLS
BLS
Active licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State
