Honoring and respecting our mothers and fathers is a core tradition of Kline Galland. We are looking for great nurses to help coordinate care for our seniors at Kline Galland Home. In providing care you will work closely with our amazing Nursing Assistants and Medication Assistant teams.As a non-profit 501(c)(3), Kline Galland employees are eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. Offering relief on student loans!

We currently have immediate openings for Full Time.We also are currently providing a $10,000 sign on bonus
and includes extra $1.00/hour for Evening or $3.00/hour for Night shifts!

If you join us your key responsibilities will be:

Work as a nurse on one of our long-term care units. We also have memory care and transitional care.
To serve as a resource to our NAC'sby effectively supervising and removing any potential barriers for them to provide the highest level of care possible
Complete initial and on-going assessment and provide outstanding care to our senior population in coordination with care plan
Monitor resident behaviors, update care plan if necessary and provide documentation of all behaviors and interventions
Work with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident function and quality of care
Be an active member of an outstanding team!
Current RNlicense in Washington State
At least one year of Nursing Experience
Current CPR training and card
Compassionate, kind and positive approach to care
Ability to work well with others and contribute to an overall atmosphere of team spirit
