Job description

High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.

Skills/Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the legal industry is highly desired.

  • Ability to Provide an Excellent Customer Experience, Utilizing Strong Customer SERVICE and personal and Communication Skills.

  • Some related copy job experience is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.

  • Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management, and advanced workflow.

  • Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.

    Primary responsibilities:

  • Hospitality Services: setting up and cleaning up conference rooms after meetings and events

  • Mail Services, sorting incoming mail delivering mail, and processing mail.

  • Copy Services: producing copy jobs for secretaries and attorneys.

    This position will be supporting one of the law firms in the downtown area. Anybody with legal experience would be preferred so they understand this type of culture; however, They are open to candidates who have worked in office services for the finance or banking fields, or anybody who has worked in high-end retail (Nordstrom, Sachs, Bloomingdales). They can teach day-to-day operations, but we must have people with strong customer service, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
