My client are seeking a highly organized and motivated Multifamily Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will support the development and execution of construction projects from inception through completion, working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project development decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with project managers to track project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Participate in financing procurement
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and project pitches.
  • Monitor project expenses and help manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Maintain and update project management software and databases.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of site visits, inspections, and meetings.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, project coordination in the real estate industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with financial analysis and budgeting is a plus.
  • Passion for construction and development with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Job Offer

$110,000-$120,000 DOE
