Job description

Ready for a Challenge? Become a Sr. Repair Station Assembler in Kirkland, WA!

Looking for a hands-on role where you can really make an impact? We're seeking Sr. Repair Station Assemblers to join our weekend shift in Kirkland, Washington-and we're offering a pay rate of $31/hour plus weekend differential with an amazing perk: work 36 hours but get paid for 40. It's the perfect opportunity for skilled professionals looking to bring their expertise to the next level!

What's the job?

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for advanced soldering and rework projects. You'll also mentor and train others, all while rotating between various project cells. One day, you might be working on high-power assemblies; the next, you could be handling flight-critical products. Think of it as a flex role that lets you flex your skills across multiple exciting projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Solder like a pro: Advanced tasks including wire splicing, crimping, and component removal (both lead and lead-free)

  • Tackle complex assemblies: High-power, flight-critical, and APC products are in your hands

  • Lead the charge: Train and mentor others in your craft

  • Collaborate & create: Work with engineering and development teams to build, troubleshoot, and assemble new projects

  • Be the expert: Help guide your team with technical know-how and problem-solving skills

Why This Role Rocks

  • Three days on, four days off!: Enjoy a Friday-Sunday, 5 AM - 6 PM schedule, which means more time for your life outside of work

  • Competitive pay: Starting at $31/hour plus weekend shift differential

  • Direct hire, full-time benefits: No temp contracts here-this is a permanent position with room to grow.

  • You're the expert: You'll have the opportunity to shine and guide others with your experience.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 3+ years in advanced assembly and soldering

  • Certifications: Already have ESD, FOD, and Uniform Torqueing? Great! If not, you'll earn these along with IPC-A-610 and more.

  • Problem-solving skills: You know how to spot an issue and fix it, fast

  • Must be U.S. Person under ITAR: This is essential for eligibility

What to Expect

Before joining our team, you'll need to pass a pre-employment background screen and a drug test (yes, that includes cannabis). Once that's done, you'll be all set to jump into this exciting, fast-paced role.

Ready to take the leap? Apply today and bring your expertise to our team!
