Requirements:

• WA license
• 2 years experience
• Must have some PEDS experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• Electronic Documentation - Epic

Other Details:

• Staffing ratio- 1:4
• Will accept first time travelers
• Patient Diagnoses: Free-standing ED- no RT or pharmacy on site, 15% Pediatric patients
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Unknown

Will accept first time travelers, Can submit with pending WA license
Facility has the highest pediatric volume in the system. Must have some PEDS experience

Patient Diagnoses:
Free-standing ED- no RT or pharmacy on site
15% Pediatric patients

Special Procedures:
Free-standing ED - RN does RT role and pharmacy
Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, High Frequency Vents
Procedure Sedation, RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs
Trach Care, Vents
Blood/Blood Products Administration
Cardioversion / Defribillation
Obtain 12 Lead EKG
PA Lines, Rapid Infuser, Tele Interpretation
Drains, Feeding Tubes
PICC/Central Lines, Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care
Syringe Pumps, Triple Lumen Catheter

Special Equipment:
Adult/Pedi ER Ambulance Triage, Freestanding

Staffing ratio- 1:4
