I'm currently partnering with a cutting-edge ag machinery and heavy equipment repair company on the hunt for an exceptional Field Service Technician. This role is all about meeting the soaring demands of their ever-expanding business. The right candidate brings over five years of hands-on experience in equipment and heavy machinery repair, a passion for keeping customer equipment up and running, and the enthusiasm to drive growth in a company that's been on an impressive trajectory since its inception. Field Service Technician Qualifications:


  • 5 years of Dieseil Mechanic/Technician experience - work on heavy equipment.


  • Experienced in troubleshooting and diagnosing engine, hydraulic, power train, air conditioning, and electrical systems.


  • Experience using electronic service tools (EST), work with online service and parts manuals, and have excellent customer service skills.


  • Personable, self-motivated, show a willingness to research difficult problems, and handle and prioritize multiple tasks.


  • Time management, be a team player, and work well under the high paced atmosphere of this department.


  • If you are a self starter, punctual, good attitude, and want to improve your professional skills by attending annually sponsored OEM and dealership technical schools, apply for this job.

Field Service Technician Job Description:

- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose construction equipment for necessary repairs

- Technician skills encompass mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair

- Utilize diagnostic laptop computers, gauges, and instruments to detect faults in all machine systems

- Operate machines to determine repair needs or assess repairs

- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete required maintenance and service tasks

- Research repair needs and order necessary parts as required

Field Service Technician Pay & Benefits:

- Compensation ranging from $35 - $45 per hour DOE and qualifications.

- 401(k), 100% health insurance for employee/family, 401(k), Regular OT, Company Vehicle.
