Position Summary:

One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Family Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multi-family construction projects from start to finish. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and client communication.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure profitability.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and building codes.
  • Resolve construction issues and disputes.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee safety protocols and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
