• Only qualified Analytics Manager candidates located near the Bellevue, WA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

We are seeking a talented Marketing Program/Project Manager to shape and execute our global paid search strategy. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day operations, reporting, budgeting, and optimization of client's Microsoft text & shopping ad campaigns within the global marketing team. Microsoft text & shopping ads are a significant & growing part of client's broader performance marketing organization and stands as one of the key potential growth drivers for the business. With unmatched inventory client is unique among online retailers, and with huge scale comes massive marketing investments to connect sellers and buyers.

Top 3 skills:

  • Data Analytics strong data mining skills, proficient with Excel, SQL, adept at data visualization & problem solving with a data-first mindset

  • Project Management experience with planning and leading projects end-to-end

  • Campaign Management - experience with setup and day to management of marketing campaigns within Microsoft ads, Google, and Meta

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, applied mathematics or related field preferred

  • 2-5 year's professional experience

  • General knowledge of paid search marketing a plus

  • Ability to conceptualize business problems and solving them through data analysis

  • Curious in nature and enjoys sleuthing data to identify insights

  • Works well independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with team

  • Strong oral and written communication skills - comfortable presenting to groups

  • Strong personal work ethic, including personal initiative and ownership

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance priorities

  • Experience with SQL scripting and self-serving on data from multiple data platforms

  • Working knowledge of paid search ads - campaigns, experience, and branding

  • Microsoft, Meta, Google GDN & other online marketing platforms experience a plus

    Responsibilities:

  • Campaign execution, optimization, and ongoing ad monitoring

  • Analyze ad experiences with the objective to mitigate any brand risk

  • Define/manage campaign objectives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment

  • Influence campaign strategy - staying aligned and working towards achievable outcomes

  • Work with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise, decipher technical requirements, and inform solutions

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish clear marketing goals and deliverables

  • Ad hoc issue investigation and quantification of business impact

  • Communicate results consistently and clearly

  • Contribute to test ideation - hypothesis, measurement, design

  • Create and organize regular reporting documents and status updates
