Provide Tier I & II problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution or escalates to Engineering team
Answer questions or resolve server related problems for clients via telephone or using tools to gain remote access
Provide assistance concerning the use of server hardware, installed software applications, and operating systems
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
Travel to non-warzone areas up to 10% of the time is required
ABC Required Education, Experience, & Skills We are actively seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years' experience, and a range of skill levels from basic to advanced. Bachelor's or Master's Degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following
Addressing trouble tickets in a timely fashion
Creating request for support via ServiceNow
Support assess management tracking of inventory
Training new users
Documenting problems and troubleshooting efforts in ticket processing database
Provide Close Support problem identification, diagnosis and resolution, or escalate to Tier II onsite troubleshooting, customer problem investigation, and technical assistance to computer system users
Answer questions or resolve server build related problems for clients via telephone or using tools to gain remote access for issues the Helpdesk is unable to resolve
Provide assistance concerning the use of server hardware, installed software applications, and operating systems
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems
Responsible for delivering hardware to sites in WMA
Creation of system documentation, standard operating procedures, and system guides
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Window Server
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server operating system build processes and tools Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Extensive experience or training related to a particular skill, language, system, or technology
Capable of not only delivering a capability tied to that skill but passing their knowledge on to others Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
