Job description

Description SAIC has an immediate need for a Program Analyst Senior supporting Automated Digital Networking System (ADNS) Program of Record (PoR). This position is a Hybrid/Remote position with expectations of 60% in office/customer site located in Virginia Beach, VA. JOB DUTIES: Lead a staff of indirect reports in support of support the Tactical Networks Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Activity (TACNET CB-ISEA) Automated Digital Networking System (ADNS) Program of Record (PoR). Accountable to the Modernization Support (MS) Service Delivery Manager (SDM), MS Functional Area (FA) Manager and ADNS Team Lead for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of multiple ADNS concurrent projects focusing on ADNS software load and test. Responsible for all phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing) of multiple ADNS concurrent projects focusing on ADNS software load and test in geographically dispersed locations. Collaborate with Government customer(s), external stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure success of project execution from inception to closeout. Manage the execution and oversight of approved projects to include integration, installation and maintenance activities as well as creating, tracking, and communicating schedule, performance, and compliance and other project specific deliverables. Coordinate resource allocation to support ADNS installation efforts and manage technical team during execution. Organize, provide inputs, and participate in status/progress/issues briefings for ADNS installations. Create and coordinate associated programmatic artifacts. Facilitate project meetings with appropriate internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and keep stakeholders informed of project status, communicating any issues which impact project delivery. Create and coordinate associated Integrated Government Schedules (IGS) in MS Project. Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and tracking those efforts to on-time completion. Ensure proper close-out of all projects, including Contracts Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents. Provide feedback on technical team's performance on efforts. Participate in a continual improvement process and feedback sessions to gain efficiencies in shipboard installations of a complex enterprise network. Ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to SAIC/Customer leadership as needed. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Master and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years of related experience. Must have an active Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen. IAT I with expectation of IAT II within 6 months of employment. Either one of these certifications will satisfy the IAT I requirements (CompTIA Network +. iSC2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Security. DESIRED SKILLS: IAT II. Proficient Soft Skills for engaging with individuals in person, on phone and in written mediums. Previous SME experience with CANES. Systems Administration of NIPRNET and SIPRNET. Previous experience supporting PMW160, MSC, and / or SCN. Previous experience with C4ISR.
