All Source Intelligence Analyst Minimum Qualifications Summary Certification & Education No specific education required Experience Minimum of ten years analytical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with five years at the operational level in of support SOF operations Master-level experience working as an Intelligence All-Source/Targeting analyst Master-level experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT, etc.) and a fundamental understanding of the data and tools these disciplines utilize Experience working in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting stringent timelines Master level experience in supporting system specifications evaluations and test and evaluation of new or improved capabilities for predictive analysis, data mining, data correlation and display, data fusion, and processing algorithms to solve hard problems Job Objective The purpose of this requirement is to provide the NSW Mission Support Center (MSC) and to provide 24/7 information warfare support to NSW operators across Echelon and across the globe. Responsibilities Provide socio-cultural overview for specified Areas of Interest and provide detailed analysis of strategic competitors such as Russia, China and Iran in support of ID Provide detailed, tactical all source products that can be used by NSW operators in the undersea, maritime and land ID impacted areas and nations Support mission support teams dedicated to named operations with tactical information useable at the maneuver element level to support the mission Upload all supporting data, including geospatial files, spreadsheets, link analyses, social networking analyses, nodal analyses, and cited materials to the SOF Geospatial Enterprise or User Defined Operational Picture upon completion Respond to Requests for Information (RFI's) through a variety of products such as Intelligence Studies, Desk Notes, PowerPoint briefings with associated textual analyses and graphical representation of areas of interest; at various classification levels Respond to all source analyst taskings and efforts in support of the fused production process Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence in support of PAS requirements Collaborate with multiple internal and external POCs to ensure all aspects of a research effort are incorporated Identify information gaps and develop source-directed requirements (SDR) or identify alternate sources to garner information Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements Must have adjudicated Top-Secret clearance with the ability to access Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Must possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport Must possess a valid state driver's license Ability to demonstrate an extensive and thorough knowledge of intelligence data types, formats, structures, and databases, as well as comprehensive knowledge of content and applicability of existing intelligence databases and data sets Must demonstrate a working knowledge of and the ability to use email and Microsoft (MS) Office applications such as MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to write clear and complete correspondence (in a military format, as required) Must demonstrate verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions Must have basic knowledge of data management, such as extracting/transforming/loading data from various formats into a structured database, and converting formats as needed Master-level ability to research; gather data; process, assemble and analyze facts; draw conclusions; effectively fuse All-Source results with other intelligence and databases Master-level of acquiring, creating, and leveraging resources (e.g., tools and data) and integrating advanced technologies to overcome process barriers and resolve inefficiencies Must have basic knowledge of counterintelligence and Operational Security procedures employed by the DoD, IC, and MSC Education & Certification None specified Work Location Coronado, CA.
