Job Title: Senior SAP SC Consultant Responsibilities of the Senior SAP SC Consultant At McLane Advanced Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SC Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a professional specializing in SAP's Supply Chain (SC) modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for business process and system analysis, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and the testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of components in an enterprise SAP environment. The Senior SAP SC Consultant will: Perform business process and system analysis to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Design and develop solutions within SAP SC modules to meet business needs. Test and troubleshoot SAP SC components to ensure they meet functional requirements. Work closely with architects, developers, technical services (i.e., BASIS, Middleware, Portal), and other business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities. Involved in the maintenance, enhancement, and development work of SAP SC modules and those that interface with other applications. Provide change management and training support for SAP SC implementations. Participate in on-call support to ensure system availability and performance. Configure and customize SAP SC modules to align with business processes. Perform integration testing to ensure seamless data flow between SAP SC and other SAP modules like MM, PP, APO DP, BW, PLM, and SD. Develop and maintain operational and technical documentation of SAP SC processes. Provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP SC. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance functionality and user experience. Stay current with the latest SAP developments and integration technologies to recommend and implement best practices. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management illustrating the effectiveness of SAP SC strategies post-implementation. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets related to SAP SC implementations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 7 years of experience with SAP, specifically in Supply Chain Planning (SCP) including MRP and/or APO planning. Experience with MRP data views and parameters that drive MRP/LTP planning. Strong integration knowledge of MM, PP, APO DP, BW, PLM, and SD modules. Strong Army Logistics background. Two full project lifecycle experience. Knowledge of BI processes. Knowledge of MM purchase requisition processing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex scenarios under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders. CompTIA Security+ Certified. Active Secret Security Clearance.
