Operations Lead Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing operations processes and systems to ensure a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent organizational, conflict-resolution, proven leadership, great decision-making, and strong attention-to-detail skills. He or she must have the ability to transform data into actionable decisions. The Operations Manager will support the executive team's vision and process ideals in the pursuit to achieve organizational goals. Operations Lead Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulation
Monitor and evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization
Maintain records of operational activities
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Operations Lead Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
5+ years of experience in operational management
Solid understanding of operational processes and systems
Excellent leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
Experience with financial systems like QuickBooks or Unanet
