Contract Role: Construction Project Manager in Surry, VA

Job description

Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension

Pay range: $80-85/Hr on w2 (All inclusive)

Per Diem: $100/day - $700/week

What schedule: 4 10s possible additional hours during outage

Top 3 Required Skills:

MUST have nuclear background and prior work experience working as a PM at a nuclear facility

5+ years of Project Management Experience working on large mechanical or electrical projects as the PM

MUST have worked directly as the PM on a project handling at least ONE of the below at a nuclear facility:

RWST Chiller Replacement

Vent Stack Rad Monitor Replacement

Step Up XFRM

What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

Ability to work well with a diverse group of people

High Level Project Overview:

Various Electrical and Mechanical project i.e. (Vent Stack Rad Monitor Repl, Step Up XFRM, RWST Chiller Repl.

Preferred Years of Experience:

10+ of project management experience, 5+ directly in the nuclear field

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma Required

Are there any specific companies/industries you'd like to see in the candidate's experience?

MUST have experience in the commercial nuclear industry such as with Exelon, Duke Client, TVA, Entergy, and Southern Company

Are any certification required: Not Required but nice to have PMP
