Physical Therapist - Full time

$3,000.00 Sign On Bonus

Falcons Landing has a great opportunity for a Full Time Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will plan, prepare and carry out individually designed physical therapy programs to maintain, improve or restore physical functions, alleviate pain or prevent physical dysfunction in patients. Administer manual exercises, massage or traction to help relieve pain, increase patient strength and decrease or prevent deformity or crippling. Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjusts treatments to achieve maximum patient benefit. Tests and measure patient's strength, motor development and function, sensory perception, functional capacity, respiratory or circulatory efficiency and records data.

We are a first-class Life Plan Community, privately held not-for-profit organization which provides an outstanding and caring work environment. Falcons Landing has a wonderful combination of residential homes, spacious apartments and three high class healthcare residences.

What you need:
will have two or more years' experience in a Skilled Nursing and Senior Living Setting.
Be familiar with the Optima/Net Health Rehab EMR software.
Be familiar with a variety of treatment modalities such as ACP.
Be able to plan and implement specialized programs such as Wound Care, Orthopedic, Neurologic, UI, Pain Management and Contracture Management.

Our ideal candidate will have work availability from Monday through Friday

What we pay:
Hourly range: $45.00 - $47.00
