We've got what you're looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Security Specialist / Classification Manager to join our team!. What You'll Be Doing: Assist the Directorate stakeholders in implementing appropriate classification management efforts (at the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral levels) by providing approved classification guidance, release procedures, and marking criteria.
Ensure that sound classification management practices are implemented and applied to support special security mission.
Share knowledge and experience to facilitate effective practices and increase staff awareness of best practices.
Provide timely classification management expertise to resolve complex classification management issues.
Maintain personal classification expertise through collaboration with IC classification management communities. Write, review or evaluate Security Classification Guides
Develop innovative techniques to implement training and compliance with established classification management policies.
Participate in related training, informational briefings, and assist in responding to related agency taskers.
Provide classification guidance to relevant stakeholders and key components within the IC community.
Administer/provide security classification guidance and perform document and classification reviews.
Obtain Access to Special Access Program (SAP), Control Access Program (CAP) and/or Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) Information as required for the execution of NGA's sensitive program mission. What Required Skills You'll Bring: An active TS/SCI security clearance.
7-10 years of related experience.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Must be able to successfully complete Polygraph examination. Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
