The Opportunity: As a communications specialist focused on executive engagements, you'll closely impact the development of creative solutions to complex problems. You will work closely with senior leaders and the team to manage the visit of high-level visitors to an intelligence agency. You will work closely with leaders and subject matter experts across the agency to ensure the visit is successfully planned and executed . We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication when multiple stakeholders are involved, and are able to handle the logistics and coordination that make an event or visit successful. You will be responsible for creating agendas, coordinating briefings, working with the protocol team, engaging executive leaders and more. If you love event planning, this is the role for you! You Have: Experience with planning executive and senior level engagements Experience in working and communicating with senior level leaders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure Ability to pay attention to detail Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachel or's degre e Nice If You Have: Possession of strong time management and organizational skills Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
