What You'll Do:
Our BCBA will coordinate, develop, and review behavior support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities at our day support programs. You will also train and support staff to implement behavior plans and ensure compliance with Virginia DBHDS Human Rights, Office of Licensing, other behavioral regulatory requirements.

What You Need:
Master's degree in Psychology or related Human Services field, plus at least 5 years working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavior management, and/or therapeutic consultation required.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Certified in Positive Behavior Support techniques
Licensed Behavior Analyst required.
Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel required. Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR).
