NaphCare is hiring a Health Service Administrator (HSA) just like you to join our team at the City of Roanoke Adult Detention Center located in Roanoke, VA. Pay rates range per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for Health Service Administrator (HSA):

Maintains overall administrative responsibility within the facility

Resolve routine medial and clinical issues

Coach and educate staff

Assist with recruiting efforts

Qualifications:
Qualifications for Health Service Administrator (HSA):

Have an active and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the Roanoke

Bachelors in Nursing highly preferred

Valid CPR card

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative/management experience in a healthcare setting preferred
