Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Focused service lines for both RNs and Surgical Techs: Neuro-spine/cranial, navigation (complex), Ortho-including robotics/arthroscopic Davinci, Thoracic and Vascular (complex), CVOR (complex), Transplant, ENT/Radical Neck procedures (complex)
• Prefer agency with strong skills in high acuity surgical patients
• Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to move across service lines
• Willingness to expand knowledge base
• BLS
• Active KY License

• Building: Rudd Heart Lung, Jewish Hospital, Outpatient Care Center
• Floor: 2nd
• Number of Beds: 30 ORs
• Number of Staff: depends on case load
• Type of Staff: Day Shift 25-27 RNs and 25-27 CSTs; Night Shift 1 entire OR team
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Type of Equipment: Mako Robot, daVinci robot, Mazur, O-arm
• EMR: Cerner

Additional Information:

• Most recruited for: Must have candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Preferred or nice to have: Candidates with these skills will be considered first: Scrub and circulate skills, open heart, neuro and total joint experience.
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s): robotic total joints, endovascular cases, TAVRs, general surgery, urology, daVinci cases, neurosurgery with navigation-large spine cases.
• Best personality Fit: Very flexible and adaptable and willing to learn and do whatever is asked of them.
• Dress Code: Scrub Color - Ceil blue provided by facility.
