General Comments: Unit Information: 2 North Location: CJW Medical Center - Johnston Willis Campus Address: 1401 Johnston Willis Drive Richmond, Virginia Floor: Building: Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 24 Number of Staff - Type of staff: o Day Shift - goal is for 1 charge, 4-5 on the floor, 2 techs and 1 secretary Patient Ratios - 5-6:1 EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Must have : Med-Surg experience Good teamwork Preferred or nice to have : Oncology/chemotherapy experience Hospice experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Med surg patients Inpatient oncology and hospice patients Best personality Fit: Positive caring person who likes to work in a family atmosphere REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS Floating Area(s): Could be floated to other med surg areas in the hospital if not needed on the unit Dress Code : Scrub Color/Attire - navy blue Weekends and On call: 2-3 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule
