Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in critical illness/long term acute care to join our team in Richmond, VA. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on patient health within a supportive and dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a LTAC setting.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  4. Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries and maintaining overall health.
  5. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  6. Monitor patients' progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
  1. Active RN license in the state of Delaware or a compact license.
  2. Minimum 1 year critical illness/LTAC, Med Surg Tele, or ICU experience required .
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
