Dates of Coverage: 11/1/24- ongoing, 3-6 months
Reason for Coverage: Change in staffing, FT to PRN
Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient coverage, hospital-based
Call Ratio: 1:5
Average Number of Patients Per Day: IP 1-2 cases & rounding PRN, 3-6 outpatient clinic
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
APP will not be Working Autonomously.
24hr surgeon support.

Required Procedures: CVICU, EVH, CABG, ECMO, VALVE

Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
