Complete Description:
The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst will support and maintain the client's HRIS applications and modules. The client requires an HRIS Analyst to provide support, configuration, and high-volume data entry in DOCTime (Time, Attendance, and Leave Management) and Cardinal Human Capital Management (HCM). This role involves back-end data and configuration work, primarily through manual adjustments to employee time and system records, and managing mailboxes for customer requests and inquiries related to system access and support.
Expected Duration: The initial contract is through the end of the year, with potential extensions of 6-12 months for satisfactory performance.
Background Check: Candidate must undergo an additional client background check on top of the standard Vector background process. Additional onboarding time may be required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Arrangement: The selected candidate must be available to report to the office as needed (e.g., for meetings) but will have flexibility in teleworking unless performance issues necessitate closer supervision.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Supports HRIS operations, including high-volume data entry in DOCTime and Cardinal HCM.
Provides technical support and troubleshooting for HR system users.
Manages system permissions, access, personalization, and settings for HR users.
Manages customer inquiries related to access and other requests via mailboxes.
Audits and updates HRIS data fields as necessary.
Programs automated functions, queries, filters, and reports as needed.
Compiles or assists in acquiring complex data reports, summaries, and logs for executives and HR.
Ensures compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Collaborates with HR staff and vendors to enhance systems, recommending and implementing solutions.
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS technology.
Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of two years' related experience required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, human resource management, or related field preferred.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged sitting and computer use.
Frequent typing.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
